David is a seasoned go-to-market (GTM) leader with over three decades of experience in enterprise software and SaaS. He has a proven track record of driving meaningful impact for companies targeting enterprise customers, having held past senior leadership roles at industry giants like Adobe, Oracle, and Hootsuite. His expertise spans revenue management at all scales, from sub-$1MM to over $200MM.
A three-time CRO (including a successful exit), David is known for revitalizing growth in software companies and bringing complex product offerings to market in a way that resonates with enterprise buyers. He has a reputation for transforming cutting-edge SaaS solutions into compelling value propositions that accelerate adoption and revenue. Most recently, he has been advising early-stage companies on optimizing their go-to-market strategies through D9Y.
His core focus areas include scaling and transforming GTM teams, restoration of growth, and transitioning companies from founder-led sales to scalable revenue engines.
David splits his time between Venice Beach, California, and a working farm near Ravenna, Ontario. Outside of work, he is a Master Beekeeper (Cornell 2026) (@houndstoothhoneybees on IG), a steel bicycle enthusiast, a former international competitor in alpine skiing and sailing, and the owner of a retired sheepdog, a sheepdog-in-training, and a rebellious sheepdog (@caymusthedropout on IG).

Lauren Gershman

With over 20 years of experience at the forefront of web development, data, analytics, and product strategy, Lauren has successfully led transformative initiatives across a variety of industries, from Media & Entertainment to Automotive. Starting as a web developer, she transitioned into data and analytics and has driven impactful change and business results with brands such as Warner Bros., NBCUniversal, 21st Century Fox, Disney, and AutoTrader.
Lauren is skilled in leading large teams with core competencies in analytics implementation, solutions engineering, data analysis, project management, and quality assurance, driving a comprehensive data strategy that empowers data-driven decision-making across multiple stakeholders like Product, Marketing, Research, Ad Sales, and Finance. She’s also experienced in managing and implementing data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, COPPA, and PIPEDA, and is an advocate for data privacy and protections.
When Lauren isn’t working, she’s either spending time with her border collies or in her sewing room trying to figure out what to make next.

With 16 years of experience in technology sales and managing revenue in excess of $150M, Tiffany Shurr provides strategic guidance and advisory services to hundreds of global brands. Her career is dedicated to assisting clients in developing and evolving their sales and leadership organizations and organizational culture, from early stages to scaling a global sales organization.
Tiffany focuses on building a value-based culture with a sales organization that places the customer at the center. Her expertise spans multiple industry verticals and company sizes, providing clients with a comprehensive framework to develop and execute measurable global sales and leadership strategies. She advises on cultural strategy, leadership philosophy, and sales methods.
